  • Free Shipping on All Orders
  • All orders received before 1:00 PM EST ship out the same business day. Orders received after 1:00 PM EST will ship the following business day.
  • Transit Time: 1-7 business days, depending on your location
  • Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships so you can monitor its progress.

International Shipping

All international orders are shipped via FedEx International.

Important: When you purchase items outside of the United States, you are responsible for all applicable Customs & Duty fees. These charges are determined by your country's customs regulations and are not included in your order total.

Returns Policy

Standard Returns

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at info@gutlex.com within 30 days of purchase for return instructions.

To be eligible for return:

  • Item(s) must be unused
  • Item(s) must be in the condition in which it was received
  • Item(s) must include original packaging

Returns after 30 days of purchase are not accepted.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

If, after 30 days of consuming Gutlex, you don't experience any digestion improvements, you can request a refund according to our Money-Back Guarantee Policy.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • You must have completed our starting survey (before beginning Gutlex)
  • You must have completed our 1-month follow-up survey (after 30 days of use)
  • Request must be submitted within 30 days of your first order

This guarantee is available for first-time customers only and applies to your initial purchase.

To request a Money-Back Guarantee refund:

  • Provide your survey completion confirmation
  • Describe your experience with the product

We'll review your request and provide return instructions. Once we receive your returned product (including packaging), we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refund Processing

  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Missing Package?

If your package hasn't arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please check with neighbors or your building's front desk. If you still can't locate it, contact us at info@gutlex.com with your order number and we'll help resolve the issue.

Need to Change Your Shipping Address?

Contact us immediately at info@gutlex.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update the address. Once an order has shipped, we cannot redirect it.
