Gutlex LLC Affiliate Program Policy

1. Overview of the Program

The Gutlex LLC Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn commissions by referring customers to purchase Gutlex Postbiotic, a dietary supplement designed to support gut health. The program is managed through the Simple Affiliate platform integrated with Shopify.

Affiliates will receive:

• A unique referral link
• A unique affiliate coupon code

Both referral links and coupon codes may be used to track referrals and attribute sales to affiliates.

2. Affiliate Eligibility

To participate in the program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate registration information
• Own or operate a website, social media account, or marketing channel
• Comply with all applicable laws and advertising regulations

Gutlex LLC reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.

3. Commission Structure & Tracking

Affiliates earn commissions on qualifying purchases of Gutlex LLC products made through their affiliate link or affiliate coupon code.

Referral Tracking

Sales may be attributed to an affiliate through:

• Affiliate referral links
• Affiliate coupon codes used at checkout

If a customer clicks an affiliate referral link or uses an affiliate coupon code when placing an order, the sale may be attributed to the respective affiliate.

Attribution Rules

• Tracking typically follows a last-click attribution model
• If multiple affiliate links are used, the most recent valid referral may receive the commission
• If a customer uses an affiliate coupon code, the commission may be attributed to the affiliate associated with that code

Gutlex LLC reserves the right to determine final attribution in cases of tracking conflicts or suspected abuse.

Commission Calculation

Commissions are calculated based on:

• Net order value
• Excluding taxes
• Excluding shipping
• Excluding refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks

All commission calculations are handled automatically by the affiliate platform.

4. Self-Referrals

Affiliates may refer themselves and purchase products using their own affiliate link.

However:

• Commissions from self-referrals are subject to the same verification process as any other referral
• Commissions will only be assigned after the delay period of 45 days

This delay ensures that refunds, chargebacks, and order cancellations are properly accounted for.

5. Commission Validation & Delay Period

All commissions are subject to a 45-day validation period.

During this time:

• Orders may be reviewed for fraud or abuse
• Refunds or cancellations may be processed
• Commissions may be adjusted or rejected if necessary

Commissions are only confirmed after the 45-day delay period has passed.

6. Payment Terms

Affiliate commissions are paid monthly.

Payment conditions:

• Payments are processed once per month for commissions approved during the previous period
• Affiliates must provide valid payment details
• Minimum payout threshold (if applicable) will be specified in the affiliate dashboard

Payment methods may include:

• Bank transfer
• PayPal
• Other available methods supported by the affiliate platform

Gutlex LLC reserves the right to delay payments if fraud or policy violations are suspected.

7. Prohibited Marketing Practices

Affiliates must not engage in the following activities:

Misleading Advertising

Affiliates may not:

• Make false or unsubstantiated health claims
• Represent Gutlex LLC products as medical treatments
• Claim that the product cures or treats diseases

Spam

Affiliates may not:

• Send unsolicited emails
• Post spam in forums, groups, or comments

Brand Bidding

Affiliates may not bid on the following keywords in paid search advertising:

• "Gutlex"
• "Gutlex supplement"
• "Gutlex postbiotic"
• Any misspellings or variations of the brand name

Coupon Abuse

Affiliates may not:

• Promote unauthorized discount codes
• Mislead users into believing a coupon exists when it does not

Cookie Stuffing

Any attempt to artificially generate affiliate tracking without genuine user interaction is strictly prohibited.

Violation of these rules may result in:

• Commission reversal
• Suspension
• Permanent termination from the program

8. FTC & Advertising Disclosure

Affiliates must comply with Federal Trade Commission endorsement guidelines. This includes clearly disclosing affiliate relationships when promoting Gutlex LLC products.

Example disclosure:

"This post contains affiliate links. I may earn a commission if you purchase through these links."

Disclosures must be visible and easy to understand.

9. Intellectual Property

Affiliates may use Gutlex LLC brand assets (logos, product images, banners) only for promoting the affiliate program.

Affiliates may not:

• Modify the Gutlex LLC logo
• Register domains containing the Gutlex LLC brand name
• Create social media accounts impersonating Gutlex LLC

All brand assets remain the property of Gutlex LLC.

10. Order Returns & Refunds

If a referred order is refunded or canceled:

• The related affiliate commission will be reversed
• If the commission has already been paid, the amount may be deducted from future payouts

11. Program Termination

Gutlex LLC may terminate an affiliate account at any time if the affiliate:

• Violates program policies
• Engages in fraudulent or unethical behavior
• Damages the reputation of the brand

Affiliates may also terminate their participation at any time by contacting the program administrator.

12. Limitation of Liability

Gutlex LLC is not liable for:

• Tracking errors
• Technical interruptions
• Loss of affiliate revenue due to platform issues

The affiliate program is provided "as is" without guarantee of earnings.

13. Changes to the Program

Gutlex LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Affiliate Program Policy at any time. Changes will become effective once published on https://gutlex.com. Affiliates are responsible for reviewing the policy periodically.

14. Coupon Code Use

Affiliate coupon codes are intended to help affiliates promote Gutlex LLC products and improve the tracking of commission payments. Affiliates must follow these rules when using coupon codes:

• Coupon codes may only be shared through the affiliate’s approved marketing channels
• Affiliates may not publish coupon codes on unauthorized coupon aggregation websites
• Gutlex LLC reserves the right to disable coupon codes or revoke commissions if coupon codes are used in violation of this policy.
